Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi administrasi kesehatan oleh kader Posyandu di Desa Tanjang. Posyandu adalah komponen penting dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia, terutama di tingkat desa. Administrasi yang efektif dalam Posyandu sangat penting untuk memberikan layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus di Desa Tanjang. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari kader Posyandu yang aktif terlibat dalam administrasi kesehatan di Desa Tanjang. Analisis tematik digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang terkumpul dan mengidentifikasi pola-pola umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi administrasi kesehatan oleh kader Posyandu di Desa Tanjang. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang administrasi kesehatan, dukungan dari pihak desa atau organisasi kesehatan setempat, ketersediaan sumber daya yang memadai, dan motivasi dalam melaksanakan tugas administrasi. Studi kasus ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang konteks spesifik administrasi kesehatan di Desa Tanjang. Temuan ini dapat memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengambil keputusan dan pihak terkait untuk meningkatkan administrasi kesehatan oleh kader Posyandu. Dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan melalui pelatihan, mendukung motivasi dengan memberikan pengakuan dan dukungan, serta mengembangkan keterampilan administrasi, diharapkan efektivitas dan efisiensi administrasi kesehatan Posyandu di Desa Tanjang dapat ditingkatkan.
